Before you begin
In Rates, check current and previous prices for your countries and operators. Contact your account manager if you need to add sending destinations.
Add contacts
Open SMS Campaigns / Contacts. Name your contact list and upload a CSV or XLSX file. Use extra columns for personalization values such as a name or discount.
Prepare the message
Use SMS Campaigns / Templates to save reusable text. Personalization fields use the contact-list column name inside % signs. You can also enter the message directly when creating the campaign.
Create the campaign
- Open SMS Campaigns / Create Campaign and enter a campaign name.
- Select a Sender ID and recipients from a saved list, or enter recipient numbers manually.
- Enter a message or select a template. Add personalization if your contact list contains the relevant fields.
- Choose the sending time. Review recipients, sender and text, then select Create.
Review results
Open SMS Campaigns / List for campaign status and statistics. Statistics shows the country, network, message price, count and total amount for the selected period.
